We reserve the right at any time to:

  1. Change the terms and conditions of the Agreement;
  2. Change the Website, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Website; or
  3. Change any membership fees or charges for using the Website.
  4. Terminate the subscription for non-payment.

PROMOTIONAL COMPETITIONS

  1. Promotional competitions are open to anyone in South Africa except a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to the promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, the promoter or a supplier of goods or services in connection with that competition or any family members relating to this promotion.
  2. The promotion start and end date will be advertised and may be extended without notice.
  3. Prize winners will be notified telephonically.
  4. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. WORLDPLAY has the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice.
  6. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against WORLDPLAY, its agents and/or promoters.
  7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  9. Worldplay (Pty) is not liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from the use by you of the services, and the services are used at your own risk.
